When you check in at our in-salon kiosk, you may choose to enter your mobile phone number. We may also collect your name and the services you request. Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to receive service.

How we use your information

We use your phone number only to send you a text message when your nail technician is ready for you. We use your name and service selections to manage your visit.

SMS messaging

By entering your mobile number and checking the box at our check-in kiosk, you agree to receive a text message from Serenity Nails & Spa by Rose letting you know when your technician is ready. Message frequency varies, typically one message per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (520) 568-5650.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our check-in and messaging systems, and only as needed to provide those services.

Data retention

We keep check-in information only as long as needed to operate the salon and meet legal requirements.
